A meditation meeting for Vicars will be conducted at Kanyakumari from 10th to 13th August 2010

District council meeting of Muvattupuzha district was conducted at CSI church, Thodupuzha at 10 AM on 31st July 2010

A conference of Sunday School Teachers from Melukavu, Erumapra and Muvattupuzha districts was conducted at Melukavu HRD centre on 9th and 10th July 2010. The Parish congratulate the three teachers from our church who attended the conference.

Works in the mission fields Udumbanchola and Kurathikudy became very hazardous during the rainy season. A grant of Rs. 2500/- was paid to the children of the missionary at Kurathikudy as Education aid. Transportation and food was provided to the 16 candidates who arrived from Kurathikudy for confirmation on 18th August. Dresses for 6 poor students were also distributed for attending the service. The joy and gratitude of those who received the help of our church is conveyed to all those who co-operated in the above aid.

Pre- marriage counseling course of August 2010 will be conducted at HRDT Centre, Melukavu on 17th,18st&19nd August 2010.

  A new Pastor's Medical Aid fund is started in the church for extending medical aid to church workers in service, in case of emergency. Generous donations are requested

 All the seven projects taken up during the Centenary celebration s of the Church in 2006 have been completed by the ceaseless grace of GOD.

Generous Donations are invited to raise Education Fund for helping the economically backward students of the Church. Those who desire to extend a helping hand may kindly contact the Vicar. Application from parents of eligible students are invited for grant of Education aid for 2010.

Confirmation service was led by Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. KG Daniel, Bishop of CSI East Kerala Diocese. The Church got the participation and service of Rt. Rev. Michael John, the frist Bishop of East Kerala Diocese, Rev. K.S. Skariah, Diocesan Treasurer, and Rev. P.K.Samuel during the confirmation service. 35 candidates( 18 from our church, 16 from CSI church, Kurathikudy and one from CSI Cathedral, Melukavu) were confirmed during the service. Ist and 2nd prizes for Attendance in the confirmation classes were awarded to Mr. Joji Joseph, Ezhukilanikkal and Miss. Binia George, Ennakkachira respectively.
